Challenge
The WeSmokeMeat butcher shop was opening as the second company of the We Smoke Fish owner. A Syrve till meant a paid license, plugins and no refunds via API, while the shop floor, delivery, inventory and accounting stayed in separate worlds. The shop needed a till that keeps selling offline and talks to the hardware on its own.
Solution
We built “WeSmoke Casa”, a desktop till on Electron, and connected it to the shared platform. The cashier scans the CAS scale label: weight comes from the barcode, price from the catalog. Customers pay cash, by card through a maib terminal or via MIA QR, and the receipt is issued in the FiscalTradeDX cloud fiscal register and printed on any ESC/POS printer. Everything sold is automatically deducted from stock and lands in the 1C export.

What we built
WeSmoke Casa till
- Works offline: sales are stored in a local database and synced later without duplicates
- Sold by weight from the CAS label: weight from the barcode, price from the catalog
- The till pushes PLUs, product names and prices to the scales over the network
- Cash, card via the maib terminal, MIA QR and split payments
- Receipt-based refunds, discounts with a manager PIN, payment with loyalty points
- Delivery order packing with weight control and a QR label
- Staff time tracking by PIN right on the login screen
- Light and dark themes, RO and RU interface, kiosk mode and auto-updates
Fiscalization and printing
- Fiscal receipts in the FiscalTradeDX cloud fiscal register with duplicate-send protection
- Before each receipt, the till matches the register’s IDNO against company details
- “Fiscal”, “training” and “external register” modes switch from the panel
- ESC/POS printing: receipt, duplicate, terminal slip, shift reports, labels
- Receipts at the door for deliveries: a dedicated delivery till and an SMS receipt to the customer
Shift and cash
- Shift opening, X report, cash in and cash out with a reason, Z report
- Totals reconciled with the bank terminal at closing
- The shift summary goes to the owner in Telegram automatically
ERP: inventory and accounting
- Inventory as a movement log per store, transfers with receiving
- Recipe cards with versioned recipes and cost at average prices
- Production and write-off records, month-end close
- Purchasing, suppliers and payables, invoices from partner RestData
- 1C export: 8 CSV files per period plus an XML archive
Outcome
The till doesn’t depend on a Syrve license and keeps selling when the internet or the server goes down.
Label scales and a scanner replace manual weight entry, so the price always comes from the catalog.
Time tracking without a separate terminal: staff clock in with a PIN at the till.
The accountant gets the 1C export without system access, and supplier invoices arrive automatically.
The owner sees shift totals in Telegram without visiting the store.
